Gilt leather may even decorate a cellar. In this case, the project consisted in the development of gilt leather to decorate walls in a private wine cellar in Gdańsk. The choice of a fitting pattern and colours helped to create the atmosphere appropriate for savouring exquisite liquors. The pattern used was the “Golden Garden” in a bicoloured, red and gold version. Every out-of-the-ordinary interior presents a challenge. This time, it was the narrow, spiral stairs to the cellar that made it impossible for us to transport the large panels down. The glued together pieces were eventually carried down in rolls, and only mounted on stretcher bar frames downstairs.
